  • Jayne Baker

    CPA, CGA

    Professional Staff

    Jayne enjoys the diversity at Ford Keast and that she is able to work with a variety of clients and industries. The ability to connect and build relationships with clients motivates Jayne to provide exceptional customer service.

    Away from the office, Jayne enjoys the great outdoors and traveling the world. She is an avid golfer, skier and cycler.

  • Andy Beilar

    Professional Staff

    Andy enjoys the great team environment that the Ford Keast culture provides. In working with several Partners and Managers at Ford Keast he has the ability to work with clients in various industries. As a honours student Andy appreciates being challenged and enjoys the diversity of interpreting and providing solutions to different client situations.

    Outside of the office Andy is actively involved with the Ford Keast soccer team, enjoys spending time on the golf course and watching the Toronto Maple Leafs make Stanley Cup runs. Andy’s green thumb only adds to his ability to create dishes in the kitchen by adding that balcony to table touch.

     

  • Shaun V. Brown Manager

    CPA, CA, BMOS

    Manager

    Shaun is the Tax Services Manager at Ford Keast and works closely with the firm’s Tax Services Partner, David Raines.  Shaun enjoys consulting with the firm’s clients on a myriad of tax planning and compliance issues, including business purchases and sales, restructuring and complex personal tax matters.

    Shaun graduated from Western University and has completed the CPA Canada In-depth Tax and In-depth Corporate Reorganizations courses.   Shaun is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and is currently Treasurer of the Board for Regional HIV/AIDS Connection, serving London and surrounding counties.

    Shaun and his husband Dan are both born-and-raised Londoners.  The pair married in 2016 and spend their free time camping with friends, exploring major cities around the world, and enjoying time at home with their cat, Mr. Snuggles.

  • Derek Cleary

    Professional Staff

    Derek enjoys that Ford Keast provides him the opportunity to continually learn and develop within his role. His coworkers and work atmosphere would definitely rank high on his ‘Ford Keast Favorites’ list.

    As an all-around sports fan, Derek enjoys spending his time cheering on the Leafs. In the off season you can find Derek making moves and scoring goals on the soccer field with the Ford Keast soccer team.

  • Jann Danyluk

    Human Resources Consultant

    Jann Danyluk brings over 30 years' experience to the role of HR Consultant.

    Jann has her Business Administration diploma from Conestoga College. She developed her HR skills through a variety of education programs and received her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. She is a member in good standing of the Human Resources Association of Ontario. Jann has worked with small, mid-size and large companies providing HR advice and progressive programs which address the complexities of today's ever-changing work environment.

    Jann lives in London's Byron area. She and her husband Dan are committed to their community and spend their leisure time travelling and relaxing at their cottage in Grand Bend. Although born and raised in Nova Scotia, Ontario is now home to Jann. She does however regularly cross the ocean to spend time with her daughter who lives in the UK. 

  • Thomas R. Getliffe Partner

    CPA, CA, BA

    Partner

    Tom is a general practice partner at Ford Keast, and is the Independence Leader of the firm. Tom is quite often the "go-to" for all questions in the office relating to accounting and auditing, serves as a file monitor for many London Chartered Professional Accounts, as well as File Quality Control partner for many of our largest clients. Tom is a graduate of University of Western Ontario, and completed his Canadian Securities Course.

    Tom's community involvement is impressive. He is currently the Chair and Director of McCormick Home Foundation, and serves on most of their standing committees. He is past President of Nor'West Optimist Club, as well as past Treasurer of North London Sports Association. He participates in tax clinics annually, and loves to support his clients through participation at their charitable events.

    Tom hasn't given up the dream of an NHL career, hoping to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather and Stanley Cup winner Ray Getliffe (who gave Rocket Richard his nickname).

  • Gabrielle Giannantonio

    Office Administrator

    Gabrielle's favourite part of Ford Keast is the day to day relationship building with clients and being part of a great team.  The adversity that Ford Keast provides allows for continuous development and different opportunities.

    Outside of the office you can catch Gabrielle on a spin bike or kicking it with the Ford Keast soccer team. From time to time she does enjoy a classic twin switch - they never know who is who!

  • Brittany Granger

    Professional Staff

    At Ford Keast Brittany is tasked with a variety of projects which she enjoys as it provides her the ability to continually learn and grow.  Brittany has recently become a key component to the Social Housing sector of our firm.

    Before joining the accounting world, Brittany began her professional career as an Instructor Therapist to children with Autism. She currently sits as a member on a micro board which specializes in assisting a family with any hardship's they may encounter.

    Brittany enjoys an active lifestyle and can be found on the slopes snowboarding or scuba diving when the opportunity presents itself! She loves travelling and learning about different cultures and ways of life.

  • Jason Gruninger

    CPA, CA

    Professional Staff

    Jason enjoys the flexibility and opportunity that Ford Keast provides. While he makes the most of his time in the office, he loves being able to travel offsite to client offices. This opportunity not only brings diversity to his working day, it also allows him to discover the cities’ most acclaimed restaurants.

    In his spare time, Jason volunteers his time as the treasurer of Leads Employment Services. While he does enjoy watching hockey and football, which often leads to fantasy sports league victories, his passion and support is with the Calgary Flames.

  • Sherri Hedden

    Administrative Assistant

    At Ford Keast, Sherri contributes her extensive administrative knowledge and experience to the everyday processes of the Firm.  She enjoys striving to enhance administrative policies and processes to fulfill the known saying of ‘work smarter, not harder’ and to benefit the Firm as a whole.  The family-like atmosphere amongst the staff has been one of her favourite attributes of the company.  Ford Keast offers an ever-changing workplace which accommodates Sherri’s drive to continuously learn and tackle new tasks.

    Outside of the office, Sherri enjoys all things outdoors… minus the bugs.  Soaking up the sun at the beach, hiking, and glamping with family are a few of her favourite summer activities.  She’s an avid sports fan, playing beach volleyball and soccer (recruited to the FK soccer team) and watching basketball and baseball.

  • Ian J. Hillis Partner

    Partner

    Ian is a general practice partner at Ford Keast. Ian began his career with Ford Keast during co-op work terms while studying for a mathematics degree at the University of Waterloo. Ian has a wide range of experience with owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organizations. He works closely with many of our Long Term Care Home clients.

    Ian is a board member of the McCormick Care Foundation, serving on the finance committee. He also dedicates his time to his three young children including their athletic and musical pursuits.

    Ian tends to turn any vacation time into “race-cation” time. That is, combining travel with his love of endurance sports including running, cycling, mountain biking, and triathlon.

  • Kathleen Keane

    Professional Staff

    Kathleen joined Ford Keast with the Gordon Hardcastle merger at the end of 2015. She enjoys that Ford Keast provides her the opportunity to work with many corporate clients on a variety of projects.

    Away from the office you can catch Kathleen harvesting vegetables in her garden, spending time with her family or singing in her local church choir.

  • Paul H. King Partner

    Partner

    Paul is a general practice partner at Ford Keast. A graduate of Queen's University's Commerce Program, Paul began his career at a national firm, and had many years' experience in Calgary. The firm's Professional Development leader, Paul is the role model to many staff in how to be a successful Chartered Professional Accountant – knowledgeable, hardworking and a trusted advisor to all the clients he services. He is the liaison between the firm and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.

    Paul is past Treasurer of SW Ontario Chapter of the Kidney Foundation of Canada and a past member of the Campaign Cabinet of the United Way of Greater London. He is past president of Boys' and Girls' Club, as well a past Board member and coach of Southwest Optimist Minor Hockey and West London Minor Hockey Association.

    A diehard Montreal Canadiens fan, Paul enjoys his time away from the office on the golf course or lounging near the water in northern Ontario cottage country.

  • Meg Ledingham

    Professional Staff

    Meg’s favourite part of working at Ford Keast is constantly learning and meeting new clients. Meg works on a variety of different projects and enjoys that it allows her to continually build great working relationships with the clients.

    Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends while learning to golf, or cheering on the Leafs.  During peak season, Meg can be found at their family cottage in Longpoint.

  • Susie Leung Manager

    Manager

    Susie joined Ford Keast with Robert G. Sandford CPA, CA merger in 2017 and has been dedicated to making the transition seamless. As a manager she enjoys the opportunity of meeting and building working relationships with existing and new clients.

    Away from the office Susie dedicates her time to her children as they engage in swimming, dance, skating & soccer. When she is not fulfilling the role of Super Mom she loves putting her creativity to use through interior decorating.

  • Dorinda Lewis

    Director of First Impressions

    Dorinda joined the Ford Keast team with several years of reception and administrative experience. She enjoys the professional yet family atmosphere that Ford Keast provides and is always smiling! Working with people comes naturally to her and approaches every situation with a can do attitude!

    In her spare time, you can find Dorinda cheering for the London Knights and the Pittsburgh Steelers! Although she is an avid sports fan you are more likely to find her cheering on the team rather than in the game. Go Knights Go!

  • A. Glenn MacKinnon Partner

    Glenn is a general practice partner at Ford Keast, and he couldn't be more proud to be part of such a diverse and innovative firm. A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, Glenn has continued his commitment to learning, having served as a Practice Inspector with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO), and having completed his In Depth Tax Course through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA). He has taught courses on not-for-profit assurance and tax matters, and serves as a monitor to many Chartered Professional Accountants throughout Ontario.

    Glenn is very active in the community, currently serving on the Board of Directors at the London Hunt and Country Club, previously the Chair of Finance and Audit. Glenn has also served as the Treasurer, Board member and Chair of Finance and Audit of the Children's Health Foundation.

    Glenn's favourite thing to do away from the office is supporting his daughter's competitive soccer team, FC London. He is a huge supporter of Manchester United, and feels he could bring them back to their past glory if given the chance to manage them.

  • Vanessa Martin

    Vanessa’s favourite part of Ford Keast falls in line with her favourite part about being a student. She enjoys that her position provides her with the ability to continue her education. She enjoys learning new things daily as it keeps her day to day interesting!

    Outside of the office Vanessa can be found in the kitchen creating a new dish or wrapped up in the latest mystery novel. Newlywed, Vanessa enjoys small town living with her husband and being actively involved in their community.

  • Donna McCulloch

    Donna enjoys that she is a part of an experienced professional team at Ford Keast. She particularly enjoys assisting a wide variety of clientele.

    Outside of the office you can find Donna riding horses, camping and spending time with her family.

  • Theresa A Mowat

    Professional Staff

    Theresa joined Ford Keast with Robert G. Sandford CPA, CA merger in 2017 and enjoys the challenges of the position.  Theresa has become part of the ‘Ford Keast Family’ and enjoys the relationships and comradery that comes with it.

    When Theresa is not working she enjoys small town living and spending time at home with her family.

  • Ron Murdoch

    Professional Staff

    Ron is an accountant with Ford Keast and works with a diverse range of clients including construction, manufacturing and investment related companies. He sits on the Finance Committee for a London non-profit organization, and is Trustee for a Trust, with respect to the management of its affairs and investment holdings. Ron has an Accounting diploma from Fanshawe College, brings over 30 years of accounting experience to the job and enjoys the many long-term relationships he has built with his clients.

    After many years of managing and assisting with the coaching of his children’s sports teams, Ron is taking a more relaxed approach to life. He enjoys working outdoors, time with his family and travelling, while confidently waiting for this year’s imminent Stanley Cup win, for the Leaf’s.

  • Laura Platt

    Laura is in the tax unit at Ford Keast as a Tax Specialist. She works on a diverse range of items including, personal and corporate taxes, tax compliance issues and tax planning opportunities for clients.

    After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University where she received her Honours BA in Business Administration, Laura quickly decided to specialize in tax and completed her In Depth Tax Course and In Depth HST Course through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.

    Laura recently moved to London from her home town of Fergus, Ontario and is currently enjoying discovering the city and spending time with family and friends.

  • David J. Raines Partner

    Partner

    David is the tax service partner at Ford Keast. This often means that David is being pulled in a thousand directions at once, and is responsible for ensuring that the firm delivers the latest tax compliance issues and planning opportunities to its clients. David is also the firm's Board representative with our Wealth Management business.

    A graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, David completed his In Depth Tax Course through the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA), and served as an instructor in both the group study and in-residency programs. David was an instructor for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO) School of Accountancy program, and is a member of the Estate Planners Council of London and the Canadian Tax Foundation.

    David is an avid outdoorsman, and in his spare time can be doing anything outside. He enjoys hiking, skiing and golf, and looks forward to the day that he can become one with the mountains in western Canada.

  • Debra Ramjeawan

    Professional Staff

    Debra enjoys being part of the Ford Keast team as it offers her an opportunity to work with a variety of clients in various industries.  Though new to the team she brings with her 14 years of experience in public practice and is a Member of the Canadian Payroll Association.

    Away from the office Debra loves spending time with her family, and especially enjoys bonding over a traditional home cooked Caribbean meal. She also enjoys baking and decorating cakes.

     

  • Robert G. Sandford Partner

    Partner

    Robert is a general practice partner with Ford Keast LLP.  Prior to joining Ford Keast LLP, Robert was a partner in a regional accounting firm from 1994 - 2001. He started his own firm in 2001 in London, Ontario, and operated it until December 31, 2016. On January 1, 2017, Robert merged his accounting firm with Ford Keast LLP.

    Roberts’ expertise and experience have assisted family-owned businesses every step of the way, from start-up, through expansion and growth, to retirement.

    Community is very important to Robert which is demonstrated through his involvement with many charities and his presence on multiple boards.  Since 2010, Robert has been the Treasurer, Investment Committee Chair, Executive Committee Member and member of  the Board of Directors at Ronald McDonald House Charities – Southwestern Ontario. He is a founding member of both the Entrepreneurial C.A.’s of London and of The London Business Breakfast Club.

    Away from the office Robert enjoys travelling and spending time with his family and friends.

  • Michael A. Scott Partner

    Michael is a general practice partner at Ford Keast, and is relied heavily on his expertise and tireless work ethic for many facets of the firm. Michael has developed our accounting software templates and continues to be the leader in making Ford Keast such an innovative practice. A graduate of the University of Waterloo, Michael's latest and greatest work has been in seeing the expansion of our building and the catalyst in the merger of both Gordon Hardcastle CA and Robert G. Sandford Professional Corporation clients.

    Michael's accounting and auditing expertise is vast, with clients ranging from those in the construction industry to charitable organizations, owner-managed businesses to nursing homes, and everywhere in between.

    Michael has always been very active in the community, with most recently being a director and Chair of Finance for King's University College, and volunteering his time with Bethany's Hope Foundation. Michael is also instrumental in orchestrating providing free tax clinics for Hutton House Foundation clients.

    Michael enjoys time with his family, and has recently travelled to Italy.

  • Kim Smith

    Wealth Management

    Kim, Executive Assistant to Gareth Whiteside, of FKWM thrives on providing the very best service to each client. When they reach their goals, it provides satisfaction that FKWM clients are also reaching theirs.

    In her time away from the office Kim enjoys spending weekends with her family and friends at their family cottage. Kim also loves spending time walking their Doberman “Bo” and Chocolate Lab “Ellie”.

  • Michael Smith

    At Ford Keast Michael enjoys that he has the opportunity to work with clients in a broad spectrum of industries which include long-term care homes, construction, automotive, retail, charitable and not-for-profit organizations.

    Outside of the office Michael is active in the local community; volunteering on the board of directors for the Community Services Coordination Network, acting as captain for the Ford Keast soccer team, and refereeing part time in recreational hockey leagues.  In his spare time, Michael continues to hone his ping pong skills in hopes of one day dethroning Eric as Ford Keast Champion.

  • James Sorensen

    Professional Staff

    James enjoys working with a diverse set of clients from various industries facilitating an environment where he is constantly learning and challenging himself.

    As a graduate from the University of Waterloo, James started his co-op with Ford Keast and joined the firm full time post graduation.

    Outside of the office James enjoys travelling, playing hockey and keeping the Ford Keast soccer team in the game as their goalie.

  • Lenore Stoyles

    Administrative Assistant

    Lenore joined the Ford Keast team in October of 2000 to provide administrative support in all areas of the firm.  Lenore loves the variety of projects and duties associated with her position and she also enjoys working with the partners and staff at Ford Keast.

    Outside of the office Lenore enjoys spending time with her daughter Erika, eating Sushi and walking her dog “Loki”.

  • Britini Stuart

    Professional Staff

    Britini’s favourite part of working at Ford Keast is not only the daily interaction with the great staff, but being able to work on a multitude of files for various businesses. She enjoys being able to help present a clear financial picture to each business while having an opportunity to learn more about their operations.

    Outside of work you can catch Britini at the arena multiples nights a week with her son Charlie or at the dance studio with her daughter Callie. She loves spending time with her family and wouldn’t turn down a nice glass of wine with her friends.

  • Lisa Taylor Manager

    CPA, CA, BAcc

    Manager

    Lisa is a manager at Ford Keast, specializing in audit and assurance engagements for a variety of clients including social housing and co-operative housing corporations, condominium corporations, non-profits and charities. A graduate of Brock University, Lisa has continued her commitment to the accounting profession through serving as a panelist for the CPA Capstone program, a mentor in the Brock mentoring program as well as mentoring future CPAs in the CPA Ontario program. Lisa is passionate about helping clients’ Boards enhance their governance capacity to more effectively govern their organizations.

    Lisa is active in the community and is currently the Chair for the Board of Directors of Anago and also serves as the Treasurer for her condominium corporation. She is also a past volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters as well as the Learning Disabilities Association.

    Lisa’s favourite thing to do away from the office is going to the family cottage just south of Tobermory with her fiancé Dan. She is also a huge country music fan, loves attending concerts and spending time with her puppy Bailey.

  • Julie Valente

    Administrative Manager

    Julie is the administrative manager at Ford Keast and has been a member of the team for more than 25 years. Her favourite part of her job has always been the people. As a long-term employee of Ford Keast, Julie has witnessed the business grow into a wonderful family environment.

    Julie is a Black Belt, which is her greatest achievement in recent years, and can be found daily punching a heavy bag. When she is not at the Dojo, Julie loves spending time with family – especially cheering on her all-star niece of the Iowa State Cyclones basketball team. Go Cyclones! When the hot weather hits, Julie will be getting her tan on at her family cottage.

  • Eric Van Bart Manager

    Manager

    Eric is a manager at Ford Keast. Eric began his career with Ford Keast in January 2005 after graduating with distinction from the Honors Business Administration program at the Ivey Business School at Western University.    As a leader in the latest accounting, assurance, and taxation matters, he has served a wide range of the firm’s owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organizations.  He has a diverse experience base from many different industries and enjoys bringing innovative solutions together.

    Eric has been heavily involved in Byron Baseball over the years as past Treasurer and a coach of countless teams.  He participates in the annual CPA tax clinics, and can still be found on the baseball diamond or soccer pitch in the summer.  Winter pursuits involve a good game of squash or skiing.

    Eric is also the reigning ping-pong champion of the office and welcomes any challengers at any time!

  • John E. Van Osch Partner

    Partner

    John is a general practice partner at Ford Keast, and is the Human Resource Leader of the firm. A graduate of University of Waterloo, John serves many small to medium sized owner-managed businesses, as well as not-for-profit organizations. John has an agricultural background, having grown up on a family farm outside of Lucknow, and uses that knowledge to service many of Ford Keast's farming clients.

    John is past President and Board member of Ronald McDonald House, and served as past Chair of that organization's Building Committee and Investment Committee. He is a past Director of the Ingersoll Chamber of Commerce as well as Ingersoll Big Brothers/Big Sisters Association.

    John is proud to be a Toronto Maple Leaf fan. He is a member of the Entrepreneurial CA's of London, and enjoys spending time with his family.

  • Gareth Whiteside

    Gareth is a Certified Financial Planner and has been working in the financial industry for 29 years. He joined Ford Keast Wealth Management in 2001. The cornerstone of Gareth's success has been caring for his clients and putting their needs first. His focus is on building high quality, personalized financial plans that help to guide the client through all phases of their lives.

    Gareth is a lifelong resident of London. He has been happily married to Joanne for 30 years and they have two sons, ages 22 and 18. Gareth is involved with his community and church, and currently helps run a basketball program for teenage boys. In September of 2017, Gareth became a community member of the Quality Committee for St. Joseph’s Health Care which is committed to ensuring consistent and quality patient care. He is an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoys many sports and outdoor activities.

  • Steve Wilkinson Manager

    Manager

    Steve is a manager at Ford Keast, assisting clients with a wide range of assurance and taxation services.   Steve is involved with various sized clients and strives to learn the unique business features of each client all while building great working relationships. Steve specializes in sectors relating to the construction industry, long-term care homes and pension plans.

    Steve graduated from the University of Western Ontario and received his Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.  Steve sits as a board member on the King’s University College Foundation and currently serves on their finance and investment committee.

    Away from the office Steve keeps occupied with his two sons who lead very active lives. Steve assists in coaching both of their hockey and soccer teams.  Steve’s ‘me’ time includes hitting the trails on his mountain bike, playing slo-pitch and regularly donating blood – he’s closing in on 100 donations!
