Partner
Michael is a general practice partner at Ford Keast LLP and currently serves as a firm Partner. Michael has been a firm leader through developing our firm processes and culture, making Ford Keast the highly innovative practice it is today.
As a graduate of the University of Waterloo, he brings 40 years of accounting, auditing, and business advisory experience to servicing his clients. His client base includes those in the construction industry, non-profit organizations, nursing home operations, and owner-managed businesses.
Michael has always been very active in the community, with most recently being a director and Chair of Finance for King’s University College and volunteering his time with Bethany’s Hope Foundation. He is also instrumental in orchestrating free tax clinics for Hutton House Foundation clients.
In 2020, Michael received his FCPA distinction which recognizes CPAs whose achievements, both at work and in their communities, bring honour to the profession.
Michael enjoys time with his family and is enjoying the recent adventure of being a grandparent.
