Tax Technician

Danni’s role as Tax Technician allows her to work closely with the Firm’s Tax Group providing support to the tax accountants and assisting the firm with CRA related inquiries. Danni joined Ford Keast LLP in 2020, leaving her role in banking to take on a new adventure in Tax Accounting. Since joining the firm, Danni has helped to launch the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion committee; she currently holds the Chair position, working with a team of 5 other members to educate and improve the culture of our organization.

Throughout her time with Ford Keast LLP, Danni has become the primary liaison for CRA related questions and inquiries. She has a great understanding of CRA’s processes and procedures, which allows her to support the firm and clients with these types of matters. Danni has also taken an interest in cross-border tax and assists with preparation of U.S Tax Returns and IRS Forms.

Family is number one for Danni. When she is not in the office, she thrives on spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.
