Finance & Firm Operations Specialist

With over 20 years of experience in roles supporting internal operations, Kathleen brings a wealth of expertise in coordinating organizational processes. She holds the Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation with the National Payroll Institute and administers all aspects of our internal payroll. In addition, Kathleen handles our internal financials, facilities operations, and key HR functions, ensuring that behind-the-scenes processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Kathleen is actively involved in the Wellness Committee and a certified member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys English horseback riding pursuing her passion for focus, balance, and a little adventure.
