Taelor Speciale has built a dynamic career in human resources, spanning industries such as retail, private sector, manufacturing, and education. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Women’s Studies, she further honed her expertise with a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and earned the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. Her experience covers a broad spectrum of HR functions, including workplace investigations, HR law and compliance, health and safety, payroll, employee relations, and accommodations. With a well-rounded approach to operations, Taelor is committed to fostering strong, compliant, and people-focused workplaces.
A lifelong learner, Taelor enjoys taking on new challenges—most recently, the self-study of Italian and French. She also has a strong passion for fitness, seeing it as an essential part of maintaining both mental and physical well-being. When not immersed in HR or expanding her skill set, she can be found hiking the trails in the summer, always accompanied by her spirited pup, Milo, who ensures every adventure is an entertaining one.
