Joseph holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) with an Honors Specialization in Accounting from Western University, along with a Graduate Diploma in Accounting. He is currently pursuing his CPA designation.

In his personal life, Joseph is an avid snowboarder. He frequently takes snowboarding trips around Ontario and Michigan and serves as a snowboard instructor at Boler Mountain in London. During the summer, he enjoys time at the beach, engaging in activities like boating, wakeboarding, and playing beach games like spikeball. He also loves spending time in the Muskokas, whether at a cottage or camping in the great outdoors.
