Rob’s career has spanned a variety of academic and business ventures. An American, Rob has worked in the U.S., Europe and in Canada. He is currently with London, Ontario’s prestigious Ivey School of Business. Rob has been widely published in academic and professional venues, and has written 9 books. He has a number of degrees including mechanical engineering and literature. This varied background has led to an eclectic career. Rob, among his other interests, works with initiatives related to neurodiversity as a source of organizational talent. That, along with Rob’s own career resilience, is what we discuss in this conversation.
