Ford Keast COVID-19 Pandemic Update

To: Ford Keast clients,

RE: COVID-19 Pandemic

The Partners and team at Ford Keast hope that this communication finds you safe and healthy. The pandemic has meant many changes to the world and in such a very short period of time. Our geographical area appears to have escaped the worst of the virus, but that does not lessen the pain and challenges of those who have been affected. Our hearts go out to those individuals and families.

As we are now well into the summer, we want to touch base with you and bring you up to date about Ford Keast actions related to the continuing pandemic.

From the start, we have implemented policies and programs to safeguard our clients and our team. These include:

Going Forward:

After considering the current status of the pandemic, Ford Keast Partners have decided to continue to maintain a closed building, but that does not mean we aren’t open for business! Most of our team will continue to work from home for the foreseeable future. At the same time, we have established a series of protocols which are in effect should it be beneficial to meet face to face. If an in-person meeting is needed, we will go over each of these requirements with you and we will review your processes as well. In this way, we will protect and safeguard each other.

In summary, it is business as usual, but within the parameters of the new world.

We want you to know that what matters most at Ford Keast is the health and safety of our clients and our team. We are all aware that we will not truly be safe from COVID-19 until a vaccine has been developed and distributed. Until that time, we will continue to monitor and adjust our plans accordingly. We will also keep you updated either through mailings like this or through our website.

Thank you for your understanding.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask any of our Ford Keast team members. We are here to work with you.
