Mitchel graduated from the Honours Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting program at Fanshawe College in December 2019. His next goal to further his career is to write the common final examination to obtain his CPA designation in September 2023. As a Senior Staff Accountant at Ford Keast LLP, he largely works in the audit and assurance capacity. He prides himself in being able to apply, and grow, his practical and theoretical accounting knowledge to businesses across various industries.
Mitchel enjoys spending his time outside of work attending local ball hockey leagues, watching film, listening to music, and spending time with family. He enjoys the management side of hockey, with previous experience organizing and managing a ball hockey team that went on to win a championship, and more recently, through COVID-19, helping manage an e-sports hockey team.
