Jann received her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation as part of the HR Association of Ontario, where she served as a Board representative. She is a member in good standing of the Human Resources Professionals Association. Jann is also a Certified Investigator providing investigation services to clients related to sexual harassment, respect in the workplace, and fraud and violence in the workplace situations.
